Day 1 Do it yoursweet!

Make your finger-licking chocolate yourself learn from the top chocolatiers in the world.

This is a two-hour workshop delivered by a famous family of chocolatiers in Switzerland. The room is well organized for your arrival and it is really a paradise for chocolate lovers: there are pieces of different chocolates for you to try during the whole time you are there. In the end, you get the apron, the chocolate bar you create, a ceramic spoon and a diploma. Get ready to become a chocolate expert! The workshop has two parts. First, you start by doing your own chocolate creation, using the materials and liquid chocolate provided. The aim is to create a chocolate bar decorated with your own creativity. You can choose white, milk or dark chocolate for your design, write the names of the ones you love or simply draw your best using your imagination. Chocolate writing can be very relaxing, especially observing how liquid but dense chocolate flows slowly and fills your template. The second part takes your 5 senses to learn everything about the chocolate, the origins, the ingredients, the process, the difference between making different types of chocolates. All this happens in a very experiential manner, you get to try all the stages of chocolate creation, from raw cacao to the chocolate as we know it. Did you ever heard chocolate?? If not, you definitely have to try this experience.

After this unforgettable experience, we will walk through the historical center, discovering romantic places and the first Roman settlement of the city, narrow streets with luxury shops and centennial churches. We will be ready to have dinner in a centenary Swiss restaurant in the middle of the city and walk along the old town to delight yourself with the sightseeing. Sometimes, simplicity is the key to success. Swiss specialties may be simple first sight, but let yourself immerse in every bit and you'll discover the pleasure of loving hands having cooked just for you. Isn't it magic? Do you want to try it? Dinner in this centenary restaurant is like immersing yourself in the authentic and original Swiss culture. Always busy, staff extremely attentive and kind, and the best Swiss quality in the ingredients used. Here you can try specialties from different regions of the country, choose between a large number of beers and taste Rivella, the original Swiss drink that you can find nowhere in the world.

Day 2 A cheesy feeling :)

Are you a cheese lover? Dive into the misteries of Swiss cheese creation, visiting even the sweet cows that live in the nearby Bio farm and tasting a typical Swiss dish called Chäshörnli.

Experience hands-on making cheese like it was done 400 years ago, manually, with sophisticated wooden tools. Hear the evolution of Swiss cheese creation process, and let yourself learn around the Swiss cheese museum.

Visit also the cows where the Bio milk to make cheese comes from, an authentic experience where you are able to mix with the animals (if you wish so). Get into their day to day life and learn how a Bio process works and is implemented with the best Swiss quality. Learn where Bio cows have their own special realxing space to recover after they milk!

After this amazing nature feeling that only Switzerland can offer, you will have an exquisitve lunch waiting for you. Try the Chäshörnli kochen and a refreshing salad with the best pair of wine. 

Ah! Don't forget that the cheese you made on this day will be sent to your house via post when fermentation process and other has finished!

  • Pick up and delivery service to the different places where the experiences happen in a high-class vehicule (Minivan or luxury car for private experiences)
  • Entry tickets where needed
  • Selection of wines (1 bottle for 2 people) when having dinner or lunch
  • The groups are comprised of a maximum of 10 people. If you want to make the experience private for you and your friends/family/lover, just specify so in the checkout process (last window)
  • Additionally you can choose accommodation for the duration of the program during the check-out process
  • The flights/trains to arrive to Zurich
  • The accommodation (unless you decide to add it to your booking in the check out process. Be aware that this option is only available in some countries)
  • Shopping of souvenirs during the experiences
  • Before your arrival we will contact you via email to inform you about pick up times, and to organise the exact place you choose to be picked up.
  • If you need to modify or cancel your booking, please contact us. If you contract your experience with Cancellation Insurance, we will reimburse all your money immediately. If you book with no insurance, we will need to see if there is a chance to modify the dates of your experience (it depends if it happens on different days or if it is a one-time experience). In any case, in this second case where the insurance is not contracted, the money will not be reimbursed.
